Shipping policy

At Crumbz, all our cookies are baked fresh to order. We aim to ship your order within 24 hours of baking to ensure maximum freshness.

• Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

• Carriers: We partner with trusted couriers (e.g., DPD) to ensure your cookies arrive quickly and safely.

• Shipping Days: We currently ship on Mondays and Thursdays Only. Orders placed outside of these times will be baked and shipped on the next available shipping day.

• Shipping Rates: €5.99 flat rate for orders under €100. Free shipping for orders over €100.

• Delays: While rare, unforeseen courier delays may occur. We cannot take responsibility for delays once an order has been dispatched, but we will always assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

• Incorrect Address: Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
